JHM - Jørgen Hansen Makskinfabrik A/S was founded by Jørgen and Mary Hansen. The company primarily works with filter- and painting plants to woodworking industries.

1964

The company moves to Jørgen Hansens Vej 1

1967

Extension with new production facilities

1983

Jørgen Hansen dies - Mary and Preben Hansen takes over the management

1987

Extension with new stock facilities - 1.000 m²

1990

Extension with new office facilities - 800 m²

1992

Extension with new productions- and paintshop facilities - 1.200 m²

1995

Extension with new production facilities - 1.000 m²

2000

JHM takes over Otterup Maskinfabrik ApS

2002

Extension with new productions- and paintshop facilities - 1.000 m²

2003

JHM - Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik A/S takes over Moldow Systems A/S and JHM-Moldow A/S is founded.

1921

H. Moldow A/S is founded in Copenhagen by Harald Moldow.

Harald Moldow builds his own factory in Bagsvaerd.

The son Henrik Moldow starts in the company.

Harald Moldow dies and Henrik Moldow takes over the management.

1978

A Glent & Co. factory in Store Heddinge is taken over by H. Moldow A/S and the production is moved from Bagsvaerd.

1990

Henrik Moldow sells the company to capital partners and the administration building to a neigbour company.

1992

New office domicile is found in Vaerloese. Henrik Moldow leaves the company.

2003

JHM - Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik A/S takes over Moldow Systems A/S and JHM-Moldow A/S is founded.

2004

All production in Store Heddinge is moved to the JHM-factory in Holsted.

1967

Otterup Maskinfabrik is founded in Otterup by Arne Rasmussen. The company primarily produces laquering plants for the metal industries.

1974

The company moved to new buildings with 500 m² production facilities in Otterup

1977

Extension with new production facilities - 600 m²

1986

Extension with new production facilities - 300 m²

1990

Extension with new production and office facilities - 400 m²

2000

JHM - Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik A/S takes over Otterup Maskinfabrik and moves the production to Holsted
