The companyâ??s primary objective is to invest in companies in which an injection of capital and/or a professional partner can contribute to an even more dynamic development.

Genua is owned by the Grunnet family, which also owns the Inter-Primo group.

The board of directors consists of Fleming Grunnet, Mette Grunnet and Gert Kristiansen, who is also a director of the company.

Genua is a well-consolidated company that has large or small holdings in active companies, in addition to property and securities. The companies in which Genua owns 25% or more employ approximately 650 people. The annual turnover is around Dkr 900m and Genua´s equite about Dkr 150m.

Genuaâ??s head office is situated on Højbro Plads in central Copenhagen.


Hoffmann Capital A/SHoffmann Capital A/S

Hoffmann Capital A/S, capital partner for development of Danish industrial companies.

Hoffmann Capital A/S is owned by Hoffmann Esbjerg Holding A/S.  Behind the companies is industrialist Johan Hoffmann, who built up one of Europe's largest companies within dog and cat food - A/S Arovit Petfood. In 2000 this company was sold to an American concern. Johan Hoffmann since this invested in a number of medium size Danish companies a.o. A/S Søren Frederiksen, Allison A/S and JHM-Moldow A/S.


Holsted Invest A/SHolsted Invest A/S

Holsted Invest A/S, the former 100% owners of Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik A/S.

Holsted Invest is owned by K. Preben Hansen and Anne Birgitte Ipsen who are the daily management of JHM-Moldow A/S.
