JHM has built up a staff of qualified engineers and technicians which have the responsibility to carry through a continious product development of the fans. Hereby we can - also in future - deliver fans which integrate the latest technology together with a sturdy and reliable construction. In our own test stand we are continiously making improvements to obtain the best efficiency.

Our target is production and delivery of fans which not only meet the most strict requirements of the market but also give our customers the right solution - every time.

Advising - an important element

JJHM"s standard programme for fans is very broad but many companies have quite specific requirements.

Therefore our experienced staff of engineers and technicians will be available for you with professional advice which ensures the optimum solution from a thorough analysis of the needs and requirements of the individual customer.

Test and documentation

With JHM we find it important that our fans have gone through a thorough test and has been provided with detailed documentation.

All fans are CE-marked in accordance with the Machine directive and detailed operating instructions in the language of the user country are enclosed which describe the safety- and maintenance procedures. The enclosed technical specification includes a summary of all relevant spare parts and principal sketches.

The documentation can be delivered in both hardcopy and in electronic format. Further technical specification can be obtained from our website.

Each production process is controlled through our quality management system with detailed checklists which ensure an optimal and effective production of the fans. One of the most important things is balancing of the impeller which is carried out both statically and dynamicly with JHM"s advanced balancing equipment immediately after production.

Before the fans leave the factory they are further controlled for vibrations under a test run. If the vibration level exceeds the internal and strict requirements the impeller is further balanced. Vibration testing and balancing are performed in accordance with the applying standards and regulations.

Measuring of capacity and noiselevel

I In JHM's own test stand capacity measurings of each fan with test of pressure, capacity and consumption of power can be made.

In addition a noise calculation of each fans is prepared. Here the sound level and sound pressure level is stated where the fan either is free air or with ducted inlet and outlet and at a certain distance. The calculations are made in accordance with DIN 45 635.
