MX-filters have been designed to comply with current legislation regarding emission to atmosphere from exhaust systems operating continuously with a high proportion of fine dust. MX-filters are, like the complete filter program, designed as a modular system to ensure the facility for future expansion of the filter.
Automatic regeneration
The automatic regeneration (bag cleaning) of the MX-filters is achieved with a high pressure cleaning fan mounted on a travelling carriage which cleans 12 bags at a time. Maximum effect is achieved by restricting the air flow to bags on either side of the section being cleaned thus reducing migration of particles from one filter to the next.
Filter applications
MX-filters are normally supplied with a base section fitted with a scraper conveyor to transfer collected waste to the filter outlet. At the outlet the waste is transferred either to silo, container or conveyor system via rotary valves. In some cases it is transferred directly into a secondary conveying system drawing air directly from the MX-filter.
